I am an experienced Educationist and Social Activist with sound knowledge of development in humanitarian sector along with expertise in advocacy, capacity building, education and knowledge management, project planning, program/project coordination, evaluation and research. I started my career as Mathematics Teacher in 2005 with reknown school system of Pakistan. I worked 3 years over there. In 2008; I joined "The Educators: as senior Academic Coordinator where I use my skills and expertise to improvise the branch and school result. Teachers Training, Format Designing and Managing School Activities was an essential part of my role over there. In 2010; I joined Society for International Organization (Non Profit Educational Organization) for their UNICEF Project "Children's Council" as Advocacy and Communication Officer. I also worked in iEARN Projects as Trainer/Facilitator, and actively involve in YES program to recruit youth and manage Alumni activities. I attended many trainings and seminars on various topics conducted by IOM or other UN agencies. I wrote the Action Plan of Children;s Council Phase II that was passed by UNICEF Pakistan without any amendments and successfully executed in 2012. I joined Fidem Educational Network as their Projects Manager(Editing and Training) in May 2013 for their ongoing projects. I am very enthusiastic and hard working person with pleasant personality and strong problem solving critical thinking, decision making skills which makes me effective and prominent in my working environment.
o Created detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
